Tyler started in the internet space over 10 years ago when he joined aQuantive, the world’s largest digital media agency and invested in the first and second round of funding. aQuantive sold to Microsoft for $6.6 Billion dollars in 2008. Tyler was responsible for forging Strategic Partnerships for the Agency that included becoming the partner to Yahoo!, MSN and AOL. After aQuantive went public on the NASDAQ he left to start up one of the first Ad networks, Traffic Marketplace, which is still one of the largest networks in the US. Traffic Marketplace became the first company to exclusively represent MSN’s unsold ad inventory. Tyler put in place similar partnerships with Yahoo! and AOL and in 6 months built the 4th largest website in the world behind Yahoo!, AOL and MSN. Due to Traffic Marketplace’s dominant position in the US market Vivendi Universal, who were launching into the US, acquired the business to become the platform and technology provider to launch their US internet business. Tyler became the youngest SVP at Vivendi and was responsible for the daily operations reporting to the head of North America at Vivendi. In 2005 Tyler moved to Munich, Germany to begin his 3rd venture EuroClick (later re-branded to Adconion) with the vision to build the world’s largest network.

Over the years he has gathered substantial experience at both the leading agencies and publishers across Europe. He has held leadership positions at Ogilvy & Mather Europe and at Wunderman Worldwide where he was Central European President. Matthias is well known figure in the European market as one of the progressive thinkers in CRM and dialog marketing in Europe. As CEO of an international private equity funded consumer service business he oversaw several acquisitions and consolidations and became familiar with the importance of post merger integration and corporate cultures.

Prior to joining Adconion in 2007, Patrick was the Vice President of Strategy & Planning at T-Systems (Deutsche Telekom, NYSE: DT) where he oversaw strategic planning and accompanied several M&A initiatives at the company’s headquarters.

As CTO for Adconion Jeremy brings 10 years of Internet advertising experience to the table with over 20 years of technical expertise ranging from early Unix operating systems implementations, internet protocols, NFS file servers, JPL deep space telemetry, EAI and high scale serving system. As Director of Site Development at GoTo.com he built the web's first sponsored search offerings. This system expanded rapidly and became one of the web's pre-eminent monetization platforms.
He managed the serving systems during the unprecedented growth of the Overture affiliate network, including: Yahoo, MSN, AskJeeves, AltaVista, AOL and many other top Internet properties. Overture was acquired by Yahoo in late 2003. Jeremy worked with the senior Yahoo technical and business leadership to design and successfully launch the Yahoo Partner Network platform in 2005, which continues to serve billions of impressions per day. At Yahoo! he conceived and built Overture's web services interface servicing over 50% of advertising spend on the network.

In 1998 Arndt founded DoubleClick Germany and his team became the leading “online sales house” in Germany. In January 2000 DoubleClick promoted him to International Vice President for Northern Europe. From December 2001 until February 2006, as CEO of InteractiveMedia CCSP AG, a subsidiary of T-Online International AG, he built one of the largest online marketing companies in Europe. Through 2007, he acted as CEO and shareholder of ePages, the leading provider for E-Commerce-solutions. Arndt is also President of the BVDW (German Association of the Digital Economy), the leading IT business federation in Germany.
Arndt began his career in 1990 as Director of Business Development at Hutchison Mobile. In 1999, Keith began honing his expertise in the online Ad Network space as President of Sales and Marketing for L90, where he oversaw a team of 130 sales professionals and in year one increased sales by 250% reaching over $50M in revenue. During his time with L90, Keith negotiated and oversaw a string of mergers and acquisitions including the acquisition of L90's largest competitor, DoubleClick Media Group. In 2003 Keith lead the re-branding and consolidation of four different Ad Networks; L90, DoubleClick Media, Sonar and Zonfire which became MaxWorldwide. Shortly after the MaxWorldwide team created a profitable business they were acquired by ISH (Interactive Search Holdings, parent company of the portals Iwon and Excite). Ben served at Yahoo for almost 4 years where he worked in a senior product management position to build innovative and business critical products for several major types of new online advertising (Search, Contextual, Behavioural, and RSS Advertising). He also supported the launch of the Yahoo Publisher Network (YPN). Prior to Yahoo, Ben was interim CEO of Jomba Inc. www.jombainc.com (Angel Funded) which provided matching algorithm services to Job Boards. As the co-founder of EuroClick in 2005 (later re-branded to Adconion), Alexander has worn many hats and been influential in many facets of the company’s global expansion. His primary focus as Vice President, Network Operations is to manage the Global Delivery, Analytics and Advertising Operations teams, as well as interface with the Media, Sales, Corporate Development, and Product and Development Teams to continuously refine tools, products, cross-functional processes and workflows for the company. Before Adconion, Alexander worked in search engine marketing for four years at dMedia LLC in Park City, Utah. There he was charged with sales, account management, analytics and other operational aspects of organic search engine optimization and PPC management. Alexander is a Norwegian-Austrian born citizen and spent his first 10 years in Europe. He then moved to the US for the next 20 years until he came back to Munich to start EuroClick. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in German from Fort Lewis College in Colorado, and an MBA and MS in International Business from the University of Colorado at Denver.

Before joining Adconion, Joanne headed up Yahoo!’s European trade marketing, following its acquisition of BlueLithium in September 2007. This involved working closely with Yahoo!’s US operations to define a global strategy and deliver a coordinated approach of the brand to media and ad agencies, direct clients, website publishers and trade marketing press. Over her 12-year career, Joanne has worked in a range of media and consultancy roles. She was a media account director at Wheel/LBI, where she headed up accounts such as Starbucks, Mothercare, Starwood Hotels and Marks & Spencer, and business marketing manager at Freeserve/ Wanadoo/ Orange. Joanne also spent four years overseeing all marketing and communications at 24/7 Real Media, having joined the company when it was still a start-up. During this time, Joanne organised what was later hailed by Campaign magazine as ‘The Best New Media Party Ever’.

Luis trained and qualified with Ashurst, a top 10 UK corporate law firm, where he gained experience in corporate, private equity and leveraged finance. In 2005 Luis moved to work with the London office of Paul Hastings, a world leading US law firm, and spent a considerable amount of his time there specialising in Corporate Law. His experience includes several listings on AIM, M&A, joint ventures, funds and regulatory matters. Most of his transactions have been cross-border and he has experience working on matters in Korea, Russia, the Ukraine, Italy, Denmark and Luxembourg to mention just a few. Upon joining, Kristian played a primary role in building Euroclick’s (later rebranded as Adconion) European media business. He has been invaluable in Adconion’s global expansion, laying the groundwork for Adconion’s launch in the US, Canada & Australian markets. Before joining Adconion, Kristian led the US media acquisition strategy for TrafficMarketplace and was involved in the sale of TrafficMarketplace from Vivendi Universal to The Vendare Group. Prior to his involvement with TrafficMarketplace, Kristian held a leadership role with Avenue A Seattle (NASDAQ: AQNT), building strategic publisher relationships on behalf of clients, and playing a key role driving the expansion of cutting edge media offerings. Kristian launched his advertising career with Publicis-Optimedia in Seattle, where he created media plans across television, radio, print and out of home media on behalf of key clients. Alex has worked in the digital industry for 10 years and has held senior management positions at advertising networks across all of the core disciplines including sales, media and ad operations. He has been responsible for business development in the United Kingdom, Europe and Australia and was a key member of the Mediabrokers and Atlas EU management team, a business subsequently acquired by aQuantive.
Following 6 months as UK Commercial Director for Adconion’s London based operations, Alex launched Adconion Australia in July 2007. Under his leadership Adconion has become one of Australia’s fastest growing digital businesses, with offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
In 2009 Alex oversaw the launch of all Adconion products and group entities including direct marketing and email database company Frontline Direct and branded entertainment and production studio RedLever. Alex is a passionate advocate of the Ad Network model and is one of Australia’s leading authorities on ad-serving and the measurement and distribution technologies that power them. In November 2009 he was voted onto the IAB board by his peers and is a founding board member of IASH in both Australia and the UK. He lives In Melbourne with his partner and young family.
