T. Tyler Moebius
Before founding Adconion in 2004, Tyler joined TrafficMarketplace (TMP) as a co-founder in early 2001. There he served as Vice President of Operations and was responsible for both sales and media. Prior to TrafficMarketplace, Tyler was a Series A investor and one of the first 10 employees at Avenue A (NASDAQ: AQNT), a digital marketing agency that became one of the industry's biggest success stories. At Avenue A, Tyler served in both the sales and media departments and in 1999 he started the Strategic Partnership Department, where he served as a Director and negotiated over a half billion dollars in strategic media deals. He holds a BSBA with a concentration in Marketing from Fort Lewis College. 
  Matthias Quadflieg, Dr.

Matthias Quadflieg
Before becoming Global COO of Adconion, Dr. Matthias Quadflieg, was a Member of the Board and Vice President Marketing & Sales at AOL in Germany.  Over the years he has gathered substantial experience at both the leading agencies and publishers across the Europe. He held leadership positions at Ogilvy & Mather Europe and at Wunderman Worldwide where he was Central European President.  MR. Quadflieg is well known in the European market as one of the progressive thinkers in CRM and dialog marketing in Europe. As CEO of an international private equity firm’s service sector he oversaw several acquisitions and consolidation and became familiar with the importance of post merger integration and of corporate cultures. 
  Jeremy Daw

Jeremy Daw

As CTO for Adconion Jeremy brings a wealth of technical leadership to the management team. Prior to joining Adconion, Jeremy was with Goto.com from 1999-2006. In 1999, at GoTo.com, Jeremy lead the development of the original sponsored search platform. His role expanded to include ownership of the entire suite of online serving systems for Overture, which was the rebranded GoTo.com. This included online order entry advertiser systems, search and content match serving systems and all supporting toolkits. He managed the serving systems during the unprecedented growth of the Overture affiliate network, including: Yahoo, MSN, AskJeeves, AltaVista, AOL and many other top Internet properties. Overture was acquired by Yahoo in late 2003 where Jeremy worked with the senior Yahoo technical and business leadership to design and successfully launch the YPN platform in 2005, which continues to serve billions of impressions per day. Jeremy has 20+ years technical expertise ranging from early Unix operating systems implementations, internet protocols, NFS file servers, JPL deep space telemetry, EAI and high scale serving systems.

  Arndt Groth

Arndt Groth

In 1998 Arndt founded DoubleClick Germany and his team became the leading “online sales houses” in Germany. In January 2000 DoubleClick promoted him to International Vice President for Northern Europe. From December 2001 until February 2006, as CEO of InteractiveMedia CCSP AG, a subsidiary of T-Online International AG, he built one of the largest online marketers in Europe. Through 2007, he acted as CEO and shareholder of ePages, the leading provider for E-Commerce-solutions. Arndt is also President of the BVDW (German Association of the Digital Economy), the leading IT business federation in Germany.

Arndt Groth studied business administration in Muenster, Germany and began his career in 1990 as Director of Business Development at Hutchison Mobile. In 1992 he joined the Holtzbrinck Group as Executive Assistant and was responsible for various multimedia and Interactive projects. As a result in 1995 Arndt was asked to build up one of the first “online sales houses” in Germany: GWP Online Marketing – the online sales-arm of the German Handelsblatt Publishing Group.

  Keith Kaplan

In his function as the North American President of Adconion Media Group, Keith is leveraging his years of sales and marketing success within the Ad Network space, to ensure that Adconion becomes and remains the largest independent, global ad network for digital advertising. In 1999, Keith began honing his expertise in the online Ad Network space as President of Sales and Marketing for L90, where he oversaw a team of 130 sales professionals and in year one increased sales by 250% reaching over $50M in revenue.

During his time with L90, Keith negotiated and oversaw a string of mergers and acquisitions including the acquisition of L90's largest competitor, DoubleClick Media Group. In 2003 Keith lead the re-branding and consolidation of four different Ad Networks; L90, DoubleClick Media, Sonar and Zonfire which became MaxWorldwide. Shortly after the MaxWorldwide team created a profitable business they were acquired by ISH (Interactive Search Holdings, parent company of the portals Iwon and Excite). Keith led sales for the newly combined entity AJI (AskJeeves Interactive) with over 40 sales professionals in 5 offices.
Keith is a graduate from Syracuse's Newhouse School of Communication and began his career selling Cable Television, Syndication, and Outdoor Advertising for Paramount Pictures, Cablevision's Sports Channel, CBS TDI/Viacom.

  Nick Higgins
Director of Global Sales
Nick Higgins

In his function as Director of Global Sales, Nick Higgins is responsible for the development of Adconions international Sales activities. Nick joins to Adconion with extensive sales and marketing experience, which he gained from working at a full-service agency, in radio and television sales. In the past nine years Nick was engaged with MSN in various locations around the world, where he successfully implemented multinational sales teams in MSN’s European and Asia Pacific subsidiaries. After many years of intensive Microsoft training and establishing new teams, Nick will continue his success in developing and growing global sales teams in Adconions core international hubs. 

  Ben Fox
Vice President of Product Management
Ben Fox

Prior to Adconion Media Group, Ben Fox founded Search Octane, a search and SEO Marketing company providing consulting services to various early stage companies (www.searchoctane.com). Prior to Search Octane, he was engaged at Overture Services (NASDAQ:OVER) - later acquired by Yahoo (NASDAQ:YHOO). Ben served at Yahoo for almost 4 years where he worked in a senior product management position to build innovative and business critical products for several major types of new online advertising (Search, Contextual, Behavioral, and RSS Advertising). He also supported the launch of the Yahoo Publisher Network (YPN). Prior to Yahoo, Ben was interim CEO of Jomba Inc. www.jombainc.com (Angel Funded) which provided matching algorithm services to Job Boards. He also worked in technical sales in the enterprise software business selling sales configuration software at Trilogy Software in Austin/TX. Ben holds a BS in Business plus a major in German from Skidmore College. 

  Patrick Meininger

In his function as Vice President of Corporate Development Patrick Meininger is responsible for mergers & acquisitions and fundraising at Adconion Media Group.

Patrick started his career in 1996 as a management consultant with Accenture (NYSE: ACN). From 2000 – 2004, he served as Principal at Wellington Partners, one of Europe’s leading venture capital firms, where he led and co-led numerous investment transactions into European IT, telecommunication and media companies. Prior to joining Adconion in 2007, Patrick was the Vice President of Strategy & Planning at T-Systems (Deutsche Telekom, NYSE: DT) where he oversaw strategic planning and accompanied several M&A initiatives at the company’s headquarter.

Patrick earned a Masters degree in Information Systems from the University of Muenster and holds an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley. 

  Brian D Baumgart
Vice President of Global Product & Business Development
Brian D Baumgart

Prior to joining Adconion, Brian served as the Vice President of Business Development, and a member of the executive management team, for Fastclick, Inc. (now ValueClick, Inc. NASDAQ: VCLK). Before Fastclick, Brian was a founder and Managing Partner at Pacific Media Project, LLC, an online advertising and direct marketing company. Brian began his Internet media career at L90, Inc. (now Ask Jeeves Interactive, a division of IAC, Inc. NASDAQ: IACI), as a Vice President of the company. Brian earned B.A. degrees in Finance and Risk Management from Washington State University and studied International Business in London. 

  Kay Schmidt

Kay Schmidt

In his position at Adconion, Kay Schmidt oversees the company’s billing and controlling systems. He is responsible for the company’s budget planning and budget distribution. Kay directly reports to the Board of Directors.
Prior to joining Adconion, Kay served as Head of Finance and Controlling for Xantos, a Munich-based biotechnology company. Previous roles also included Head of Controlling for the Internet provider Tiscali in Germany and a controlling position at Nextra Deutschland GmbH. Kay holds a degree in Economics and Engineering from the University in Darmstadt (TU). Kay is author of the textbook Start-up and Growth Financing of Innovative companies (Gründungs- und Wachstumsfinanzierung innovativer Unternehmen) published by Oldenburg, Munich in 2002.   

  Martina Laudahn, PhD.

Martina Laudahan

Before joining Adconion, Martina was Head of Human Resources, Finance and Administration with one of the fastest growing pharmaceutical companies, US Biotech-LifeScience Group Cephalon Inc. In that role, Martina started the German, Swiss and Austrian operations for the company. Prior to that position, she held the Vice CEO position, responsible for operations at a company developing industrial microscopes. Martina completed a Bachelor degree in Business and Administration, and a Masters of Sociology at the University of Wuerzburg and finally a PhD in industrial sociology at the Sofia University, Bulgaria.

  Alexander E. Löffler

Alexander E. Löffler

As the co-founder of Adconion in 2004, Alexander has worn many hats and been influential in many facets of the company’s global expansion. His primary focus as Vice President of Network Operations is to manage the Global Delivery and Advertising Operations teams, as well as interface with the Media, Sales, Product and Development Teams to continuously refine products, cross-functional processes and workflows.

Before Adconion, Alexander worked in search engine marketing for four years at dMedia LLC in Park City, Utah. There he was charged with the sales, account management and operational aspects of organic search engine optimization and PPC management.

Alexander is a Norwegian-Austrian born citizen and spent his first 10 years in Europe. He then moved to the US for the next 20 years until he came back to Munich to start Adconion. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in German from Fort Lewis College in Colorado, and an MBA and MS in International Business from the University of Colorado at Denver.

  Kristian Wilson

Kristian Wilson

Before  joining Adconion, Kristian served as the Director of Media for TrafficMarketplace since January 2002. Prior to his involvement with TrafficMarketplace, Kristian was active with Avenue A Seattle (NASDAQ: AQNT), building strategic publisher relationships on behalf of clients, and playing a key role driving the development of new global advertising partnerships. Kristian holds a BSBA degree from the University of Denver, with concentration in Marketing & Management. 

  Sven Bornemann

Sven Bornemann

Before joining Adconion, Sven ran his own business as an online strategy consultant for several years. He worked as a consultant for several global companies and online agencies, supporting them in the development and execution of online marketing and sales strategies for web based products and services. Prior to this he was CEO of the listed online agency Concept AG as well as Managing Director Germany of OgilvyInteractive worldwide. Prior to this Sven worked for Bertelsmann Media Systems. He studied Computer Science in Constance, Germany and Computer Science & Business Economics at the University of London.  

  Alex Littlejohn
Managing Director Australia
Alex Littlejohn

Prior to joining Adconion, Alex was European Director of Operations at Mediabrokers, the London arm of Microsoft’s Digital Performance Marketing Division and now re-branded globally as DrivePM. He was part of a five-person management team that was also responsible for Microsoft’s Ad-Serving and technology company, Atlas Solutions. He oversaw the development of the network from 250Million to 2.5Billion Impressions, and on his departure, DrivePM was ranked Comscore’s 3rd largest network in the UK. Alex was also responsible for the commercial launch of the company's industry leading Behavioral Targeting program and prior to Mediabrokers held senior positions at leading European Site Representation Network, AdLINK Media Group and Australian-based networks, SENSIS Media Smart and BMC Media. Alex has worked in the Ad Network Space since 1999 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Melbourne. 

  Michael James

Michael James Before joining Adconion, Mike served as Head of European Development for Mirago, which he joined in 2003, taking the company's development in to four further European markets.  Previous roles also include Business Development for ValueClick and Engage Media.  He started his career for a division of EMAP, concentrating on export distribution and marketing for a portfolio of magazine brands. Mike has a BA (Hons.) in French from Royal Holloway, University of London and a PGDip. in Business Management and Information Systems.
  Stéphane Ambrosini

Stéphane Ambrosini Stéphane Ambrosini graduated from Rouen Business School (ESC Rouen) and began his career at IP  RTL, a subsidiary of RTL Group’s RTL Television and Radio unit, where he held the positions of head of advertising (1986) and then commercial and marketing director (1989). In 1995, he founded an advertising and communications consultancy called Régie T (Telephone Smartcards Company). This was a subsidiary of France Telecom, based in Mexico City and specialized in public telephony and logistics. In 2000, he joined the 1st French portal, Wanadoo, where he managed the business and publisher department and was responsible for the advertising sales revenues.

Stéphane Ambrosini now holds the position of Managing Director, Adconion France that capitalizes on his wealth of experience (8 years with RTL Group and 12 years at Orange) in strategy and management, undertaken at a number of market leading fast moving corporations.

  Dana Toering

Dana Toering

In his current role as Adconion’s Country Manager, Dana is responsible for overseeing all sales, business development, and operational aspects of the Canadian division of the company. Prior to joining Adconion, Dana served as a Business Development and Sales Director for Yahoo Canada, where he focused on strategic partnerships in ecommerce, search, and display advertising. Before that he was engaged as a Strategic Accounts Director for DoubleClick, responsible for maintaining, consulting, and growing the company’s largest global accounts, where he brought in his prior experience as an Account Executive at 24/7 Media Canada, focusing on display advertising and email list brokerage. Throughout his career Dana has worked with a large range of top tier clients including AT&T, AOL, eBay, Barnes and Noble, Expedia, Orbitz, Starwood, P&G, and Staples.
