Adconion as Founding Member certified for IASH.EU

Adconion received the IASH.EU certificate on June 9th from the BVDW (German section of the IAB) and the German auditing partner Fraunhofer Institute IAIS (known as the inventors of the MP3 format).

IASH.EU (Interactive Sales Houses in Europe) is a quality initiative for ad networks, initiated by the BVDW. Adconion and other leading German ad networks are members of this initiative. The idea of IASH.EU is to give agencies and advertisers more security and visibility when cooperating with ad networks. A Code of Conduct, signed by Adconion already in the beginning of 2008, together with a regular auditing by the independent Fraunhofer Institute IAIS ensures that agencies and advertisers will only get optimal performance from Adconion and the other certified networks. IASH.EU is based on IASH, established in the UK market in 2007. Adconion is also a founding member of this UK initiative. Sven Bornemann, Managing Director of Adconion in Germany who initiated IASH.EU as the head of this German ad network initiative “For Adconion as well as for the whole ad network business in Germany IASH.EU is an important step forward. Ad networks will continue to establish their business model in Germany within their next months.” Advertisiers and agencies will be able to book campaigns according to IASH.EU by middle of July.
